Node drain hangs: Cannot evict pod as it would violate the pod's disruption budget
Our managed node group upgrade stalled for two hours on one node. A PodDisruptionBudget with minAvailable equal to the replica count meant no pod could ever be evicted. We switched to maxUnavailable, fixed replica counts and added a pre-upgrade PDB check.
